Each people all have qualities and different limits, children can not be sure the king is always talented, outstanding more other people. We should know that there are many people in talented and virtue skills whom should be selected for a fair democracy. As a civilized society increasingly growing competition, this category fall back on the back and faded under the laws of growth. The old obsolete and backward will be replaced with a new rule is evident. When the exam has said democracy is the king or anyone equally, no discrimination is sweep or not sweep. We were the intellectual in a civilized society there must be a responsibility to break the negative of society to reach a modern society and democracy.
